Cranbourne man Frank Oskan started Oscan Transport with a single truck. His first office was behind the wind screen of an old truck which he purchased with a $1000 deposit on a Mastercard.

Since then Frank has continued to build Oscan into a reputable company in the transport industry. Oscan continues to grow and is always aiming to provide a high level of service. “WHO CAN? OSCAN!”
